3. SMS and Messaging
NerveLab Artimus operates two distinct messaging surfaces:
- Platform notifications to subscribers: Neuronetix LLC sends SMS messages to NerveLab Artimus subscribers about activity in their own accounts (lead alerts, pipeline updates, account communications). - Subscriber-to-lead messaging: Subscribers use the Artimus platform to send SMS, voice, and email communications to their own leads. The subscriber is the sender of these messages and is responsible for ensuring their leads have provided appropriate prior consent under TCPA and applicable law. All such messages include STOP opt-out instructions.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as Twilio for SMS and voice delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and infrastructure providers)
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Lead data imported into Artimus is retained according to subscriber account settings and deleted upon account termination.
