SMS Program Terms

This page describes the SMS messaging program operated by Neuronetix LLC (NerveLab Artimus) and serves as the consent disclosure for SMS communications between NerveLab Artimus and its subscribers.

1. Program Name and Sender

Program name: NerveLab Artimus Subscriber Notifications. Messages are sent by Neuronetix LLC, operating the NerveLab Artimus platform at nervelab.io.

2. What Messages You Will Receive

If you are an active NerveLab Artimus subscriber and have provided your phone number at signup, you may receive SMS messages including:

• Alerts about new lead activity and inquiries in your pipeline
• Updates when a contact in your pipeline responds or re-engages
• Reminders to follow up on inactive or unanswered leads
• System notifications related to your account and platform activity
• Service communications including trial reminders, billing notices, and product updates

4. Message Frequency

Fewer than 10 messages per month per subscriber. Actual frequency depends on the activity in your account and the configuration you set inside the platform.

5. How You Consent

You provide consent to receive these SMS messages when you complete subscriber signup at nervelab.io/register and check the SMS notification consent box on the signup form. Consent is optional. You can subscribe to NerveLab Artimus and use the platform without consenting to SMS, in which case you will receive equivalent notifications by email only.

6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings inside the platform.

8. Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NerveLab does not charge for SMS messages; standard rates from your carrier apply to both incoming and outgoing messages.

This program is supported on all major US and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
