AOS AND ARTEMIS SERVICE DISCLAIMER

Effective July 27, 2026

This Disclaimer is incorporated into the NerveLab Terms of Service. If it conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

1. Product function

AOS provides autonomous relationship, workflow, and decision-support capabilities. Artemis adds voice and related communications capabilities through AOS. The Services may analyze approved information, maintain relationship context, generate or continue communications, recommend or select actions, and perform customer-authorized actions within configured boundaries.

2. No professional advice

Service output is informational and operational in nature and is not legal, tax, financial, medical, engineering, brokerage, insurance, or other regulated advice. Customers must use independent professional judgment and qualified personnel.

3. AI and automated-output limitations

Outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, unsuitable phrasing, or unexpected behavior. NerveLab does not independently verify all Customer Content, third-party data, or generated output. Accuracy depends on the completeness, quality, currency, and configuration of customer-supplied information and connected systems.

Customers assume the risk of relying on automated output and must review material facts, claims, safeguards, and actions. The absence of an alert, escalation, or response does not establish that an opportunity, risk, or obligation does not exist.

4. Communications and relationship outcomes

Human communications are unpredictable. NerveLab does not guarantee that a prospect will respond, remain interested, schedule a meeting, accept an offer, complete a transaction, or react favorably. Carrier filtering, recipient devices, connectivity, third-party providers, language, context, and customer configuration may affect delivery and outcomes.

5. No guaranteed results

NerveLab does not guarantee revenue, savings, appointments, proposals, contracts, listings, policies, installations, closings, conversion rates, or any other business result. Past tests, demonstrations, or performance do not guarantee future results.

6. Regulated and human actions

The Services do not replace required human or licensed authority. Customers retain responsibility for proposals, contracts, financing, binding coverage, licensed recommendations, showings, regulated disclosures, final pricing, and other legally restricted actions.

7. Fair Housing and anti-discrimination

Customers may not use the Services to steer, discriminate, or make prohibited decisions based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or another protected characteristic. NerveLab does not design Artemis to use protected characteristics as a basis for housing recommendations or targeting. Customers remain responsible for lawful configuration, data, offers, and conduct.

8. No agency or fiduciary relationship

NerveLab provides technology and does not become the customer’s broker, insurer, fiduciary, employee, partner, or professional adviser. Customer-delegated operational authority does not authorize Artemis or NerveLab to sign contracts, bind the customer, make regulated decisions, or undertake obligations beyond configured and legally permissible authority.

9. Availability and third parties

NerveLab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, telecommunications, model providers, hosting, connected systems, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Beta and evolving features

Pre-release or beta features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued and may have reduced reliability, support, integrations, or safeguards. Customers should not use them for high-risk matters without written approval.

11. Recording and transcription

Recording and transcription may be unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Customers are responsible for configuring and using notices and consent appropriate to every jurisdiction and participant. NerveLab does not guarantee that a recording or transcript is complete, admissible, or suitable as an official record.

12. Limitation

The warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, arbitration, and class-action provisions in the Terms apply to this Disclaimer.
